The steel has just the right weight for tossing a big salad without slipping. I can already tell these will last for years—the polished finish cleans up beautifully after a wash.

I’ve been using these every night for a week now and the polished finish still looks brand new, even after a trip through the dishwasher. The discreet border makes the grip feel really secure, so tossing a big salad doesn’t feel awkward at all.

The border detail gives these servers a much more secure grip than my old smooth-handled ones, which makes tossing a big salad far less messy. I also appreciate how the polished finish hasn't shown any water spots after several washes.
