The ergonomic handle really does make a difference—it feels perfectly balanced in my hand while slicing through a steak. The stainless steel has held up well through several washes without any rust spots.

The handle’s slender shape feels really balanced in my hand, and the engraved texture gives just enough grip without being rough. It’s noticeably more precise than my old set, which makes slicing at dinner feel effortless.

The engraved texture on the handle gives it a nice grip, even when my hands are slightly greasy from buttering bread. Only gave it four stars because the blade could be a touch sharper for cleaner cuts on tomatoes.
