Took me a few tries to figure out the best angle for the clamp, but once I got the oyster positioned right, it held steady through every shuck. The grip is really solid on my countertop, even with a wet shell.

I was worried it might slide around, but the clamp grips the oyster securely even on a wet countertop. Makes shucking feel much safer and less frustrating.

Took a bit to figure out the tightness setting, but once I did, it held the oyster rock solid while I pried it open. The suction cup base grips the counter way better than my old cutting board setup. Really saves my fingers from getting nicked.
