小砂鍋盤

The deep indigo color is even richer in person, and the plate feels substantial but not heavy in hand. I used it for a single-serving gratin last night and it held heat beautifully through dinner.

The stoneware has that weighty, high-end feel you’d expect from a restaurant kitchen, and it held up beautifully in the oven. I’ve used it for individual gratins twice this week, and the color doesn’t fade or stain at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly this little casserole plate heats in the oven—perfect for individual servings. The mass-colored sandstone gives it a nice, substantial feel on the table too.
