Casserole 50 cl

I was a bit skeptical about the price for a casserole this size, but the even heat distribution has made my sauces so much more consistent. It feels sturdy and well-balanced in the hand.

The lid fits snugly enough that my stew simmered without splattering, and the 50 cl size is perfect for a single generous portion. Cleanup was quick since the interior is smooth and didn’t hold onto stains after a tomato-heavy dish.

The handles sit perfectly in my palms even when the dish is full, and the porcelain holds heat beautifully for serving straight to the table. I’ve already used mine for a bubbling cheese fondue and it came out looking as elegant as a restaurant plate.
