The balance is spot-on for a knife this size, and the single-piece build means there's no weak point where the handle meets the blade. I've used it for everything from trimming strawberries to deboning a chicken, and it still feels as solid as the day it arrived.

The one-piece forged construction makes this knife feel incredibly solid and balanced in my hand, not flimsy like cheaper stamped blades. It sliced through an onion paper-thin on the first try and has held its edge well with just light honing.

I’ve been using this knife for weeks, and the single-piece construction from blade to tang makes it feel rock-solid in my hand. The edge keeps its sharpness through several rounds of meal prep, which I really appreciate. Definitely worth it for the price.
