切片刀

Feels solid in the hand and the blade is clearly not some stamped-out thing—that single-piece design makes a real difference when you're carving through a roast. Clean cuts every time, no flexing or wobble.

Cutting through a butternut squash felt almost effortless, and the full-tang construction gives it a reassuring heft. The blade’s single-piece design has held its edge perfectly through a week of heavy meal prep. It’s the most balanced knife I’ve owned for a home kitchen.

I've been using this for a couple months now and the blade still slices through roasts like it did on day one. The full tang makes it feel really balanced in my hand, no wobble at all. Honestly the sharpest knife I've owned out of the box.
