I was skeptical about the curved handle at first, but it actually feels really natural in my hand while cutting steak. The stainless steel has a nice weight to it without being too heavy.

The teardrop curve on this knife really does follow your hand mid-meal, and the polished steel stays cool to the touch even after a long dinner. It's become my go-to for both bread and delicate fish.

The stainless steel has a nice weight to it—not flimsy at all—and the teardrop curve makes cutting through a steak feel more natural than with my old flat-handled set. Only gripe is that the finish shows fingerprints pretty quickly, but it wipes clean easily enough.
