Teapot 4-Cup Bordeaux Cloche

The removable infuser is a game-changer — it lets me steep delicate green tea without that bitter edge, and the cloche keeps everything perfectly warm for a second cup.

I was worried the cloche might feel fragile, but it’s actually quite sturdy and fits perfectly over the 4 cups. The removable infuser really does let me control the steeping time — no more bitter tea.

The cloche design keeps the pot warm between pours, which I didn’t expect to matter so much until I had a slow afternoon with friends. Brewed three rounds of oolong and the last cup was still pleasantly hot.
