I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly the stoneware distributes heat—my side dish came out perfectly warm throughout. The soft, nature-inspired color blends right in with my other tableware.

The color is exactly what I wanted—soft and earthy, with that nice matte stoneware feel that looks great on the table. I’ve already used it for a few side dishes and it holds heat nicely, making serving easy. The size is perfect for two portions, just as I hoped.

The speckled stoneware finish looks even softer in person than online, and the muted green color blends perfectly with my neutral table setting. These cocottes are the right size for a single ramekin of mac and cheese, and they hold heat beautifully from oven to table.
