Casserole 50 cl

The color is exactly what I hoped for—soft and natural, like it belongs on a rustic table. It holds a full 50 cl without feeling bulky, and the stoneware has a nice weight that makes it feel sturdy. I’ve used it for stews and it cleans up easily, no staining so far.

The stoneware has a lovely matte finish that feels smooth and substantial in the hand. I used it to bake a small gratin and the heat distribution seemed even, with no hot spots. The muted green color is exactly what I wanted for my table.

Heavy little thing, but that’s exactly what I wanted for braising—it holds heat beautifully and the stoneware feels solid, not flimsy. The soft color looks even better in person on the table, and it’s already my go-to for single servings of stew.
