The delicate relief around the rim catches the light beautifully, giving these plates an elegant feel on the table. The matte finish on the textured pattern is a nice tactile surprise compared to standard glossy porcelain.

I was a bit worried the porcelain would feel flimsy, but it's got a nice weight to it and the raised pattern around the edge is really elegant under the dinner lights. It made a simple pasta night feel a lot fancier than it was.

The matte finish around the rim catches the light in a way that makes the plates look almost sculptural on the table. They're substantial without being heavy, and the porcelain feels sturdy enough for daily use while still looking elegant for dinner parties.
