The porcelain has such a beautiful opalescent glow that my apple pie looked almost too good to eat straight out of the oven. It also cleans up incredibly easily with just a quick rinse, no scrubbing needed.

I’ve been using this pie dish for a few weeks now, and the extra-white porcelain really makes the crust look golden and perfectly baked every time. The rim is wide enough to crimp my edges easily—something my old dish couldn’t handle.

The opalescent glow is exactly what drew me in, and it honestly makes the whole kitchen feel brighter when this dish is out on the counter. I baked a quiche in it last night and the porcelain held the heat beautifully, no hot spots at all.
